That New York Observer article is such crap. They put the name of the seller in the article to give us a name to look up on propertyshark to find the building address. 36 Sterling Place anyone? Sterling between 5th and 6th? And what New York paper doesn't know the difference between Park Slope and Boerum Hill (it says that Heath Ledger actor person lives in Park Slope).

Hmmm. Gyllenhaal's brother comes to visit, Heath's not too far away, maybe just once in awhile. Sounds like a decent movie idea!
