Toll Brothers in the Burg: 49 North 8th Coming
Curbed came back from vacation yesterday with news of Toll Brothers' soon-to-be-opened retail presence in Williamsburg. The cozy storefront is headquarters for the public company's 40-unit project known as the North 8th Condos. Photoblogger justiNYC captured this construction update on Monday night. Too early too tell how it'll look, but at least they're working the floor-to-ceiling windows. Anyone know who the architect on the project is? GMAP

I've also just noticed that North8 has set up thier rental headquarters office on Bedford Ave and North 6th. Spreading High Rent and elegance throughout the burg [sarcasm].
