Slow Moving at Pacific Blue
It doesn't look like there's been too much progress at these two condo developments at 925 (top) and 935 (bottom) Pacific Street since we wrote them up three months ago. Back then, a reader dug up some info that these two buildings are part of a five-building effort by developer Eli Karp called Pacific Blue. Supposedly, there will be a total of between 70 and 90 apartments. From what we can see now, they will be large and light. Perhaps Number 957, which we posted about yesterday, is part of this complex. One commenter thought so. Can anyone confirm? What's Karp's track record like?

The design is inspired by Loading Dock's very pretty Glass House in Green Street, Greenpoint.
