$1999 a month maintenance and only 33% deductible? Wowza. My realtor had said the co-ops around the Park were no different than the snootier, expensive ones in Manhattan and boy was she not kidding.

Anyone else surprised to see the Clinton Hill property go for $33K more than ask? Must have really been underpriced, which turned out to be a good move for the seller.

47 Plaza is one of the snootier co-op in PS. The have a full time staff, including an elevator operator and a guy who picks up your garbage from outside the service entrance. i guess some people are more than happy to pay through the nose for those "services".

Coop must have a relatively small underlying mortgage with only 33% TD. Mostly paying for high quality service found in white glove buildings.
