Gorgeous? Yes. Convenient? Not Particularly

This gorgeous building at Wythe and Rutledge would make a magnificent loft conversion. Stuck in the no-man's land between Clinton Hill, Bed Stuy and Williamsburg, however, the location ain't exactly convenient for the commuting set. It looks like it's currently being used for some kind of light industry. There's also a For Sale sign on the front of the building but it looks suspiciously weathered, like it's been sitting there for years as a way to generate calls for a broker.
