Salvager: Turn of the Century Tin Tub
We spotted this beautiful old galvinized tin tub encased in a lovely original pine frame last week on one of our regular visits to Moon River Chattel in the Burg. The price? $1,500. We wonder where it came from. Any ideas?

Very cool. This would look great out in the middle of a bedroom.

Looks to me like it came from an undertaker.

It would freak me out takin' a bath in galvanized tin. It's like fear of fingernails on a chalkboard.

I have seen (and bathed in occasionally, verry deep!) a very similar tub in an old house in Amherst, MA which changed hands in the last year or two. Maybe the new owners redid the bathroom?
