Name That Red Hook Development Site

On Tuesday, we asked about a construction site in Williamsburg. Today, Red Hook. One of our favorite photo bloggers, Alexis Robie, posted this picture last week with no more specific title than "Red Hook, Brooklyn." Our first guess would be the Ikea site but we're not sure. Where it's at?
