Mixed-Use Opp on Fifth Avenue
On the heels of discussing 591 Hicks Street last week, we thought we'd take a look at a similar property in the South South Slope. At $675,000, this place is significantly cheaper--as it should be. The nice old cornice suggests there may be something of architectural value left in the place, but the Flintstones facade probably isn't helping the sales process. Please, brokers, put up some interior photos! Who knows what commercial rents along this strip of Fifth Avenue are these days?
