This development on the corner of Grand and Roebling in Williamsburg is a bummer, dontcha think? GMAP

it looks like the balconies will have to be shared by two tenants. that's sure to make for some awkwardly silent moments. i feel bad for the folks at Clem's who have to look at this.

agreed this building looks kind of yukky.
anyone have any intelligence on the condos on north 11th and roebling? they were for sale awhile ago but there is nothing listed on the developers group site and the banners have been taken down.

We're looking at the condos at Roebling & 11th-seem like a good deal-what don't we know about this? We're from LI and don't know the area
