everything contextual and none of those shadow-producing high-rises. I thought that is everything a neighborhood should be.

"How a neighborhood should be?!?" Are you crazy? Everything is boring and repetitive. Imagine miles and miles of everything looking exactly the same. I'd be DESPERATE for a high-rise or a Fedder building -- ANYTHING to break the monotony.
That place looks like a nightmare. Thank god we live in a city where we have variety. You may love some and hate some, but at least there is variety to love and hate.

I bet the people from the slums in City of God would *love* to live in one of the Fedders buildings we complain about so much here.
But they'll also love the fact that there's no "shadow-producing high-rises"! Oooh, and no shadow-producing trees!
