Development Watch: 125 North 10th Street

Something massive is going on at 125 North 10th Street in Williamsburg. Anyone know what it is?

It's the "North 10th Street" project on Scarano's site. It's also going to block the windows on the whole east lot-line of the 55 Berry Loft building!

Took a look at 55 Berry yesterday. Broker mentions that views on 5th floor will not be obstructed. Is this true? Also, how come no construction equipment can be seen at the new development? Did the developer get cold feet?
