Hmmmm... perhaps they just put the sign up or they put it up in a low traffic area? You mention 400k in any cool brooklyn nabe and people will call. I highly doubt a neighborhood like dumbo will have a hard time selling out it's condos over time.

I know the person who does this. She is of absolute integrity and honesty. This is an awfully bitchy thing to say. They're a broker. They have serious committment to sales and are being enterprising. Brownstoner might consider less bitchy tactics in the future.
