Hi. I live in Sunset Park and I currently have comparables to indicate we are beyond the $800K mark for townhouses in these neighborhoods. In March, a two family townhouse (not a brownstone) closed for $900K. I currently have a property that is scheduled to close for the same (and it needs work).
