Reading about the luxury condos in Harlem and seeing the wave of luxury condos starting in Bed-Stuy makes me wonder how the market can support this. Do a lot of the people in the market for luxury condos really want to live on Myrtle Ave and Kent right now, for example?

re: Empire State Park - Yassky didnt recognize that they dont allow dog walkers in that park...or cat walkers for that matter. I have to wonder how state rules vs. city rules will apply when the BBP becomes one seamless park along the waterfront. Or will this part of the park always be independent?
