Work Stopped at 340 Bond Street
A reader gave us a heads up that a Stop Work order has been issued at 340 Bond Street. Is this just part of the overall inquiry into Scarano or is there something specific going on here?

The description of the violation causing the stop work order is:
B3C 27-1021(C) JOB SITE FENCE DEFECTIVE
Description of Violation:
JOB SITE FENCE DEFECTIVE.NOTED:FENCE ALONG SIDE OF SIDEWALK ON BOND ST
. IS IN A STATE TO FALL DOWN.IS LEANED TOWARD THE SIDEWALK & TOWARD T
HE INER SIDE OF CONSTRUCTION SITE.SOME PART OF THIS FENCE ARE NOT 8FT.
Doesn't seem like an insurmountable problem...and doesn't seem to address any other problems...

The prior post simply reiterated what the DoB webiste lists as the violation.
While the job site looks pretty clean now, it has often been a mess. The prior construction fence was leaning in towards the open excavation for weeks, and material has been all over the sidewalk, street, etc.
