We've got no idea what the price is but the opportunity is made interesting by the fact that the property is 32 feet wide--an unusual dimension in this area. Of course, we doubt they're gonna be giving away that extra twelve feet! As a result, though, you can build 7,776 square feet of residential space as of right--and without any landmark-related slowdowns as Irving falls one block outside of the Clinton Hill Historic District. They are also marketing two brownstones across the street - one of which you have featured before.

It is associated with the house across the street. I think that's why the house was sitting on the market for a year, they were/are trying to sell them together for 1.3, if I'm not mistaken.
