Development Opp: Karl Fischer, Off The Rack

Do you have dreams of being a developer but don't want to get bogged down in any of the zoning, planning or design dirty work? Then this deal's for you! At 384 maple Street in Crown Heights, someone's already done all the legwork--including getting plans from B-grad Starchitect Karl Fischer--to tee up a 21,400-square-foot plug-and-play project. Even the bank is just waiting for you to step in. The price of entry? $2.1 million, or $100 a buildable foot.

As per previous discussions, doesn't PLG go all the way to NY Ave?

Yes, FWIW 384 Maple Street is just west of New York Ave. and thus is in Prospect Lefferts Gardens which is Flatbush, Not Crown Heights.

I walk by there all the time and I don't think it's a vacant lot. There are a couple of parking garages. It's a pretty massive building for the block. There are some adorable one-family brick homes along New York, between Maple St and Midwood St.
