Salvage This! Victorian Double Door on Ebay

It's been our experience that you have to sort through a lot of crap on Ebay to find any interesting architectural salvage. This set of antique Victorian exterior doors caught our eye though. Closing in the wee hours of Wednesday morning, the auction has no bids yet and a starting bid of $100. One catch: You have to pick up the doors yourself in Schenevus, NY.

Yup, that's at least a three hour ride from the city and you need the proper vehicle to transport them. The $100 price is just the reserve, so it's not even clear if these would be a good deal (depending on the minimum the seller is looking for)

Still - ooooh, they would look so nice in my brownstone, which had the original doors replaced with an ugly security door.
