Why do brokers always say that a property was on the market for a much shorter period of time than it really was? I know for a fact that 360 Clinton Co-Op was kicking around for a few months.

I think they use last 'asking price' as time on market...so price reduction starts clock again.

PS... this open house from September closed in Decemeber for $999,999-->
