Omigod!! They paid only $2500 for that stuff! The Circa people told me they wnat to sell it off as one lot.
I have no doubt, considering the seven gorgeous mantels, pristine chestnut doors etc. etc. they're probably looking for $50,000.
That house is four doors down from mine. OUCH!

I've always loved that church in the picture - on Clinton Ave. between Fulton and Atlantic. It has an amazing round stained glass window.
Also, on a separate note, it is too bad about the demolition of that building on Bergen. I've always thought it looked like it could be a really cool place if fixed up. Unfortunately, it is across the street from several basketball courts, so that would have been a factor for any residential development.
