Re: 296 Clermont Avenue. Propshark show real estate
transfer in Oct for $1.4M not $1.1 and RealEstate
taxes of $2246 which seems more in line.
I think something amiss with Post entry.
Its a 15' x 35' 3 story.

The Post definitely got this wrong. This gorgeous house sold for $1,400,000 NOT $1,100,000. The taxes are $2000 not $6000.

I was one of the losing bidders on that house. If it had gone for $1.1 mil it would have been mine.
