Isn't "the other one" Perelman? Not the same spelling at all, nor the same career paths...
Although the comparison between boy bands and shell corporations with repeated bankruptcies must be out there somewhere -- Marvel Comics as an example. Exactly how many holding companies are there above Revlon again?

hooray downzoning gifts, that boymelgreen project really fits in to the neighborhood. good thing that all of fourth avenue will look like this will everything else was downzoned to R6B. well done community board, real great way to stop overcrowding.
