That's part of the former Rockwood Chocolate factory, a National Register property. The complex included the buildings on Park Avenue that were recently rehabbed for residential use.

The buildings are hard by the BQE - for years and years they had no windows and the beginnings of metal stud walls inside.

I was by here last week; from the other side, it seems as if this is now a Talmud publisher/distributor.

I'm curious as to whether or not this fits in the "Wallabout" definition (if anything definitive exists). It seems to be contained between Myrtle and Flushing, but some say it begins at Park...
