Fello B-stoners. It is official! My home will be hitting the market very soon as I am currently interviewing real estate brokers. After researching the recommendations that I received from this site last week I think the house can fetch aprox. 1.3M. The description is below. Please let me know what you think. A 1 family newly renovated architecturally designed 4 story b-stone (18X40) located on Clifton Place between Grand and Classon Ave. The house includes a total of 3 baths, 4 bedrooms, a double parlor, and a custom designed chef’s kitchen. The floor-through master bedroom suite includes a large walk-in custom built closet and a huge master bath that includes a separate glass enclosed shower (including 6 shower heads with hand shower), a 2 person BainUltra whirlpool tub, a custom built oak vanity that includes his and her Lefroy Brooks XO vessel sinks that compliment the Grohe fixtures and Toto toilet. The powder room is tiled in honey onyx, with a honey onyx vessel sink, Grohe fixtures, and a Toto toilet. The guest bath is tiled with bevel edge subway tiles & glass shower blocks which includes Kohler products (sink, cast iron tub, & fixtures), and a Toto toilet. The dining room has a custom oak built-in wet bar, a limestone counter top, a recessed bar sink, and a built-in mini GE monogram fridge. The kitchen includes custom designed oak cabinets, an island, all stainless steel GE Monogram kitchen appliances (dishwasher, fridge, cook top & vented hood, and double wall ovens), Grohe fixtures, and Lime Stone Counter Tops. From the kitchen you can enter through Jeldwen-Norco patio doors into a backyard that is aprox. 55 feet deep that includes a aprox. 450 sq. ft. Trex deck that was professionally installed. The house has Central Heating and A/C (2 zones). The house is wired for cable, internet, and sound (6-zone Russound Sound System integrated with 2 Home Theater systems) that was professionally installed. The house has 4 decorative fireplaces. The floors (including stairs and banisters) have been stripped and stained ebony. Two floors (maple flooring) have been newly installed. Basically the house was masterfully renovated with a beautiful mix of the old and new. I apologize for the lengthy and detailed description as I am very proud of the work that has been done to restore this beautiful home. I can’t wait to do it again.

Likewise. If you decide the skip using a broker, we'll do a post on the house for you too. That and a couple of NY Times ads could go a long way. 6% is a lot for house that can sell itself.
