Car Decals: The Next Wave of RE Marketing
Corcoran is forging new paths in the area of self promotion. We noticed this car parked on Grand Avenue in Clinton Hill this weekend. Has anyone seen this elsewhere?

Avon ladies pioneered this practice ages ago. Usually pink cars, too.
Now it's mostly weight-loss supplement MLMs.
And now Corcoran. That's classy.

Just so you're clear, this marketing initiative is my sole effort. I am an independent contractor with a contract with the Corcoran Group RE, and as such, I look for ways to break through the Marketing clutter. It may not be new, but after working 14 years in the Marketing Industry for a Fortune 10 company, nothing out there is!
PS It has bought me a lot of business leads, so Avon was doing something right. :-)

Seen this this used by RE professionals in many other areas of the nation. It's not new for agents and brokers, except maybe in NYC.
Hey Renee, if it works, go for it.
p.s. it was Mary Kay ladies that had the pink cars (caddilacs to be exact).

Have you seen this before? It's a number guessing game: http://www.amblesideprimary.com/ambleweb/mentalmaths/guessthenumber.html. I guessed 56452, and it got it right! Pretty neat.
