Burg Development: South 1st Street Rising
We hadn't walked this stretch of South 1st street in many months and were surprised to see how much activity there is in these blocks East of Bedford.
242 South 1st between Havemeyer and Roebling. Another Scarano project, this time being marketed by aptsandlofts.com.
Renovating an older industrial building on Roebling between South 1st and Grand.
Starting from scratch on South 1st between Roebling and Driggs.
Comments
The first two at least look attractive. It's nice to see handsome buildings renovated or constructed in a sea of cheap-looking, ugly new buildings.
