553 Madison Open House Recap
Did anyone make it to this open house last night? This looks like one of those listings that will be in the sweet spot for a lot of our readers. Not enough pics on the website to get a great feel for it, but at $735,000, we bet it will get a lot of interest.

They have just announced another open house this Sunday @ 1:PM. I may go check it out. If anyone has any experience with SROs I'd love to hear the Caveats.

I just bought a townhouse with SRO in Brooklyn and it's taking forever to get approved for legal two family conversion..Don't buy SRO if you don't have enough cash to deal with very expensive legal process and fees. Good luck.
