I love this building. I walk past it every day (I live in another loft building down the street) and try to figure out the way the apts are layed out. I love the windows on the north side of the building at night especially.

I like it too, it was abandoned for years and I couldn't believe it when it was turned into lofts. It is all poured concrete inside & has these multiple levels, and looked/looks like it could withstand an atomic bomb blast. If I remember correctly, all those little balconied windows were cut out for the rehab, it used to just be a wall.
Anyone know anyone who lives in there ?

i live there. it's called the esquire building (used to be the esquire shoe polish factory). it's the best building ever.
