Bad Scene at Greene Scene Condos?
Just as we were suspicious of yesterday's Willow Street posting that showed no interior pics, we raised an eyebrow when we saw that the listing for the Greene Scene condos - first brought to light by blogger Set Speed - included no exterior shots of the newly constructed, Federal-style apartments. As a rule, we tend to approach the proposition of "new" townhouses skeptically, but there are a couple of examples in Fort Greene that are passable, so we were interested and willing to give the benefit of the doubt. After seeing the interior pics, though, our hopes are not high, especially since the price per square foot is on a par with oldies-but-goodies in the neighborhood and environs. Anyway, a free lifetime subscription to the first person to send us an exterior shot. The site is on Adelphi between Willoughby and Dekalb.

I tried to find it yesterday, the only thing "new" on the block I could find had scaffolding all over the place and nowhere close to being finished, so I'm assuming that's why there are no exterior shots.

this is probably it. it is across from the schoolyard. they have some of the bathroom fixtures in and some of the kitchen cabinets. no fireplace installed yet, not much lighting and none of the kitchen appliances.
