HOTD: Grandma's House Goes Into Contract

Grandma's House Looks like Grandma can buy that condo in Florida now. According to the Corcoran site, the 2-story Lefferts Place house that had been lived in by the same woman for 60 years has gone into contract. The Clinton Hill pad was listed for $599,000, but we don't know if they got asking on it. Anyone heard anything through the grapevine? As we mentioned in the original post, this place is gonna need a good $300k to bring it up to date, but it could end up being very cute. Guess that's about all a million bucks gets you these days--cute. Not large, cute.

Good luck to whom ever purchased this property. It`s located next and opposite a church (2 house of worship). Sunday will be fun day for this new owner.
