Does anyone else think it's a little early to be talking of plummeting property values in Brooklyn a mere three days after the subway fire? If anything I would say Bed-Stuy is in better shape (if you live at an express stop) because you still have a choice of two trains. Clinton Hill is still dependent on the C (or the V). At any rate, does anyone really believe that lessened train service--if it does indeed continue for a length of time--will mean that these houses are going to drop in value by $100,000s?

Should be a non-issue now that most of the service will be restored in a matter of months.
