This person deceived the rightful owners of a property into selling it for a fraction of its market value. The article seems to side with the perpetrator of this deed, viewing his minimal efforts such as making a trip to borough hall or getting on a plane to deceive other people as some sort of moral equivalent of hard work that should translate into cheating its owners.

Amazing. The region of Spain mentioned in the article, Asturias, has fantastic cuisine (I once had a succulent roast baby pig at an Asturian restaurant in Madrid).
