Toll Brothers City Living and Starwood Capital Group, the winners of Brooklyn Bridge Park’s request for residential and hotel proposals, have a teaser site up for the condo building slated for the park. Curbed spotted the website and pulled up a few details: Sales will begin this fall, with around 120 “townhouse-style” condo units for grabs. The project, though, goes beyond residential development — the developers also plan to build out restaurants, retail, meeting spaces, a fitness center, a parking garage, and a 193-room hotel. Think this design is a good fit inside the park?
