Here’s an item from yesterday’s Post article on commercial sales: “Sparkling crystal shop Swarovski has signed a 2,500 square-foot lease on the ground floor of 490 Fulton Street in downtown Brooklyn. Robert Cohen of RKF represented the retailer in what will be its first boutique in the borough.” An Express opened at the newly renovated building in August. Swarovski joins the ranks of Brooklyn Industries, the Gap, Seattle’s Best Coffee, Planet Fitness and H&M as new arrivals to the Fulton Street Mall. Freelancers Union also announced they are opening a medical center (with yoga studio!) right above Fulton Mall at 408 Jay Street later this fall.
