Second Catsimatidis Rental Building on Myrtle Revealed

When we reported a month ago that billionaire businessman John Catsimatidis was proceeding with plans for the second of four residential apartment buildings on Myrtle Avenue between Ashland and Flatbush, we didn’t know what the new building was supposed to look like. Now we do, thanks to some signage at the corner of Fleet Place promoting the new 15-story project. The new rendering looks pretty similar to the one from 2007 that showed the project in its entirety, only slightly more modern without the cornice and red brick lower floors. The signage also reveals that there will be 205 rental apartments and 13,000 square feet of retail space. There’s a close-up shot of the rendering on the jump. GMAP
