Maybe Ratfink can pile thousands of shipping containers and trailers one on top of the other. It wouldn’t look much different than the red, stacked cube building (no doubt, not-water tight…MIT failure, Anyone?).

I think you look very similar generally – although maybe the glasses are unique enough so they make faces that aren’t that close look similar.

I walked past it on my way to Target (when I went to the Flea I crossed Flatbush at Bergen).
Seems like an interesting idea, and while I appreciate they may be trying to bring some life to that miserable no man’s land between Flatbush and Atlantic, I can’t help but think there are at least 1000 better locations in the borough to set up shop.
btw dibs, I have to admit I think there is a resemblance here. One of the 20 top paid fund managers of ’08.
