A Brooklynian commenter posted renderings for the Billiard Factory Lofts, a residential conversion under construction at 363 St. Marks Avenue (also known as 363-371 Prospect Place), just west of Washington Avenue in Prospect Heights. The architects, S3 Architects, describe the project on their website:

Adaptive reuse of a former 2 story billiard factory into 44 loft apartments. Industrial architectural elements are restored, including brick walls, concrete columns and beams, preserving the authentic feel of the factory structure. A courtyard was cut into the middle of the structure, and a 3rd and partial 4th floor are to be added.

That means, according to the Brooklynian commenter, that they will add an extra 11,000 square feet with a third and partial fourth floor. There will be three triplex townhouses and seven duplex lofts. The building sold this April for $4.2 million. Click through for more renderings!
