Blast through the past on the New York Transit Museum‘s historic train cars this weekend.

Seven types of vintage train cars will be gracing the B and Q lines for straphangers’ nostalgic reveling, including BRT Brooklyn Union Elevated cars from 1904, the oldest of the Transit Museum’s collection.

The “nostalgia trains” will run in two short loops along the express platforms at the Brighton Beach terminus, going to Kings Highway and Ocean Parkway and back, only stopping at Brighton. The cost of the time-traveling shuttle is free with subway entrance.

The Transit Museum will also be hosting a pop-up retail shop in an R19 model car parked at the terminus, and a temporary tattoo station on the platform.

The old-timey cars will run from noon to 4 p.m. on Saturday, June 25, and Sunday, June 26.
