A tipster sends along lots of news for the Clinton Hill stretch of Fulton Street. First, Autour Du Monde, the restaurant at 860 Fulton between Adelphi and Vanderbilt, closed a few weeks ago. Bar Olivino, at 899 Fulton, between Clinton and Vanderbilt, now has daytime hours and serves sandwiches, coffee and Choice baked goods; a soul food place called Magic Soul Food opened two doors down at 901 Fulton; and there’s paper up on the windows of the space formerly home to Swagga 360, at 887 Fulton Street. Phew! Anyone else have more Fulton Street news? We also noticed that Bergen Bagels looks close to opening on the corner of Washington and Fulton.

  1. No love for Mr Mango? They open this week, I think.

There’s work being done on one of the Fulton St Lofts’ commercial spaces across from The Met.

The Met have taken down their giant billboard sign and awning and are replacing it with a nice new stucco version.

There’s a natural food and juice bar going in where Mago Creperie used to be.

Metro PCS is gone, thank the sweet lord Jesus.

New nail salon going in where the Plastic Surgery office was on St James corner, and Joloff is going to be a French restaurant with a bar.
