You may recall the block-size parking lot with shops downtown at 300 Livingston Street that developer TF Cornerstone picked up last year for $70,000,000? Well, a rendering has surfaced for the massive complex of apartments and retail planned there, and it doesn’t look half bad. It’s certainly a big improvement over what’s there now.
The 25-story development, now known as 33 Bond Street, will have 714 apartments, 20 percent of which will be affordable, NY YIMBY reported. TF Cornerstone is getting ready to demolish the five-story parking garage and storefronts on the 50,000-square foot site. A demolition application has been filed.

This is still America last I checked and I can give my opinion. I think it’s a nice looking building. I believe I’m allowed to state that opinion without proving anything to you or anyone else.
Easily 9 out of 10 new developements listed on this stite bring out the angry people such as yourself who blasts everyone of the buildings as ugly, a ripoff, or what have you. Yet somehow every building winds up selling out. I guess in your mind there’s just a lot of stupid people with money out there.

For the record I have nothing to do with the developer but get a kick out of every announcement bringing tons of negative trolls out of their parents basements.
I’m just waiting for the ‘it’s Obama’s fault’ comments to start rolling in.
