Dock Street Dumbo: Plans Filed, Construction Fence Up

Ground can’t be far from being broken at Dock Street, Two Trees’ large mixed-use project near the Brooklyn Bridge in Dumbo. Plywood fencing is up in the wake of the new building permits being filed at the end of last week for a 18-story building.
