Thanks to our high-rise tipster, who provided this aerial shot of the Oro 2 construction site in Downtown Brooklyn. On Monday construction workers finally started demolition on the deli at the corner of Johnson and Prince streets. The DOB already approved permits for a 35-story, 208-unit tower here. Word on the street is that Lalezarian Properties is developing the Gold Street site. The company is behind the rental project nearby on Tillary Street, Brooklyn Gold. Construction prep began here over the summer.
