Construction should begin soon at the huge empty lot at 250 North 10th Street, between Union and Roebling avenues, after the development company secured a $50 million construction loan. Yesterday Crain’s reported that development group LCOR, which purchased the lot last year, is gearing up to begin building the 234-unit rental building, which includes a mix of studios, as well as one- and two-bedroom. There will be a focus on one- and two-bedrooms, considering the shortage of family-sized apartments now in the ‘Burg. Other building amenities include a parking garage, roof terrace, courtyard, and lounge. The above rendering is from SLCE Architects. Like it?
