The owner of Alice’s Arbor, the locavore restaurant coming to 549 Classon Avenue off Fulton Street, sent some more information on the spot. It’ll be a bar/restaurant combo with an adjoining gourmet market. He says “the gourmet market will feature fresh produce from local farms, artisanal American cheeses and cured meats, soups, sandwiches and salads, as well as organic packaged goods.” And the menu will feature “authentic, seasonal, full-flavored American dishes” like Pork Roulade, mushroom sausage with roasted shallot vinaigrette, and crab cakes. Should open in the second week of April. See a few interior shots after the jump!
