Signage has appeared on the long-stalled construction site at 375 Prospect Place, between Washington and Underhill avenues. (You can see a picture of the current hole in the ground after the jump.) The Department of Buildings renewed a new building permit here just this month. According to old building applications, the new structure should have six stories and seven units. The architect is Bricolage Architects and Design. This future construction site is right next door to the residential conversion at 363-371 Prospect Place, although it doesn’t look like work has picked up there yet. GMAP
