Another Addition to Fulton Street: A Bar

Last week a tipster passed along word that an eating and drinking spot is opening at 940 Fulton Street, right next to the under-construction pizza joint at the same address. Turns out that bar will be called “Visions Bar and Lounge,” and they just applied for a liquor license with Community Board Two last month. The space will host live music, comedy nights and karaoke. The restaurant will seat around 30 patrons in all, so it’s not a huge space. According to the CB2 minutes, the residents of 940 Fulton Street weren’t happy about the potential of noise coming from this location, and the owner ultimately promised to hire an engineer to make sure the sound won’t carry to the residences above.
