404 Henry Street, on the corner of Baltic, wasn’t looking too hot when we last checked it out, not to mention there was a partial SWO on the building. Back then we only knew it was slated to become an eating and drinking establishment, now BoCoCa Land has word it will be a sandwich shop….
404 Henry Street, on the corner of Baltic, wasn’t looking too hot when we last checked it out, not to mention there was a partial SWO on the building. Back then we only knew it was slated to become an eating and drinking establishment, now BoCoCa Land has word it will be a sandwich shop. From the blog: “From the looks of it, it seems more of a destination than your average deli. The gentleman mentioned it should be open early 2011 and they were still waiting to install cooking equipment, so expect some hot items as well.” They have also done a very impressive job on the facade.
