The 20-unit development at 324-328 Dean Street has mostly flown under our radar, and it seems to have eluded the attention of buyers as well. Ads for the condo, which is between 3rd and 4th avenues, appeared in summer ’08. Back then, prices were going from $945,000 for a 1,354-square-foot two-bedroom to $1,950,000 for an 1,800-square-foot penthouse. Public records don’t appear to show that any units in the building ever sold, and at least a few of them popped up as rentals, with two-bedrooms running from $3,300 to $5,995. Meanwhile, there are still a couple active for-sale listings, according to StreetEasy, so perhaps the condo towel hasn’t totally been thrown in.
