22 Caton Place is getting ready for action. We’ve gotten a few emails from curious area residents in recent weeks so we reached out to David Kramer at The Hudson Companies (which bought the land 15 months ago for $2,850,000) to hear it from the horse’s mouth. “Yes, we’re ramping up,” he wrote. “We’re completing the design work with our architects at Kiss + Cathcart. We’re almost out of DOB. We hope to have a shovel in the ground later in the fall.” You can check out the new building permit for the seven-story, 73-unit project here.
