Though the listing doesn’t give the square footage, this Crown Heights three-bedroom with a home office looks to be spacious. And it has some nice details, including hardwood floors and original moldings. Since it’s a corner building there are lots of windows and the kitchen appears to have been recently redone.

The building is pretty far east as Crown Heights goes — on the corner of Park Place and Schenectady Avenue. But the transit options are decent: It’s four blocks to the 3 and 4 trains on Eastern Parkway. The rent is $2,450 a month. What do you think?

This two-bedroom, two-bath condo for rent in Prospect Heights is modern, spacious and close to Barclays Center. There’s a wine cooler, a dishwasher, a washer/dryer and a balcony off one of the bedrooms.

The unit is pretty large at 1,081 square feet, according to the listing. Do you think the rent of $4,500 a month is reasonable for the location?

Here’s a freshly gutted three-bedroom close to the L and M trains in Bushwick. The combined kitchen-dining-living area is large, and two of the three bedrooms are reasonably sized as well. There are new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, although it’s wedged into a rather small space.

At first glance, the rent seems affordable at $2,416 a month. But the brokers are advertising a net effective rent with two months free, which means whoever rents this spot will write checks for the much higher $2,900 a month. It’s no fee.

It’s also right under the elevated track, which could be noisy. We know this part of Bushwick is starting to get pricey, but do you think it’s worth $966 a bedroom?

If you’re on the hunt for a furnished apartment in Bed Stuy, this four-bedroom, 2.5-bath pad is newly renovated with all the bells and whistles you could want. There’s a rolling granite kitchen island, stainless steel dishwasher, wine rack and a stove with a built-in griddle.

The IKEA furniture might not be everyone’s cup of tea, but already assembled beds and desks in every room might be convenient for a group of roommates. It also has central A/C and laundry in the basement. What’s your opinion of it for $3,995 a month?

Rents in central Brooklyn are rising by the day, but there are still a few deals out there — like this three-bedroom duplex in Bed Stuy close to the Crown Heights border. The kitchen and bathroom are pretty run-of-the-mill, but they are recently updated. There’s also a washer/dryer and access to the shared backyard.

It’s only half a block to Fulton and two blocks to the C at Kingston-Throop, so the area is busy but convenient. Does it seem like a good deal for $2,400 a month?

This three-bedroom, 2.5-bath duplex in Bed Stuy has a swanky renovation and a high price to match. The kitchen and baths are particularly luxurious, with a white Carrara marble backsplash in the kitchen and more marble and a patterned tile floor in the baths.

We’re not crazy about the framed, exposed brick in some of the rooms, but the 1,620-square-foot pad is certainly spacious, and there’s central A/C, laundry and a private garden too. It’s also on a very nice block of Hancock in Stuy Heights, and close to shops, although it’s a bit of a hike (about seven blocks) to the A/C at Utica. Do you think someone out there will pay $4,200 a month for it?

If you’re looking for a three-bedroom in Bed Stuy, we think you could do a lot worse than this new-construction pad on Malcolm X Boulevard near Gates Avenue. The new kitchen has stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, and an island that adds a little extra counter space.  The two bathrooms have fancy marble tile and a dark wood vanity and medicine cabinet. We’re not big fans of the building, which is a three-story Fedders special, but at least it only has one other apartment. Do you think it seems like a good deal for $2,400 a month?

Here’s a huge, beautiful two-bedroom for rent in a free-standing Victorian in Flatbush. The paint job is eye-popping, but it can’t hide the original moldings, parquet floors and bright bay windows. The kitchen has plenty of cabinets and seems large enough for a dining table, and the living room looks spacious too. Rent might be a little high for the location, which is several blocks away from the 2/5 and B/Q trains. Do you think $2,500 a month seems reasonable for this much space?
